We are a new fast-casual restaurant specializing in delicious open-faced sandwiches served on our homemade flatbread.

Our Hand Rolled Flats have been a family recipe for over 30 years, and now, we are bringing them to you with a whole new twist on open-faced sandwiches.

Our mission is to provide individuals and families with unique, diverse, quick, and healthy meal options.

I love this place, especially their crispy gluten-free cauliflower flatbread. So far, I have had the egg, turkey sausage and cheese, Filthy Reuben and Korean BBQ Short Rib sandwiches. My favorite was the Filthy Reuben, altho I would like a little bit more sauerkraut on it. The Korean BBQ had plenty of short rib meat, but I did not care for the BBQ sauce and there was no kimchi. The Egg, Turkey Sausage and Cheese was also good and the least expensive. The service is quick, while the sandwiches are freshly made and hot. I am a fan. They have a good app too.
